Handmade giant stubby beeswax pillar candle, made from pure beeswax in the UK, using a traditional hand-dipping method. Our thick taper candles stand on their own without a candle holder so they're perfect for placing on a beautiful saucer, dish, or other fire-resistant surface to add cosy light and atmosphere to any occasion. 
 
Each thick pillar candle measures about 20 cm by 3.8 cm and burns for approximately 30 hours. The exact measurements vary slightly as we hand-make them in small batches. This listing is for 1 pillar candle.
 
Each candle is made by individually dipping the wick into molten wax approximately 40 times, cooling between each layer. This gives a natural tapered shape and leads to a clean, slow burn. 
 
Our candles vary slightly in size, shape, and colour due to the handmade process and natural variation in how they dry. They'll come to you wrapped in paper to keep them safe and ready for you to burn.
